You don't have to travel to Holland to see windmills. They have been part of the Czech and Moravian landscape since time immemorial. They once had almost a thousand of them. Although their original significance has passed, they still remain a wonderful landscape element and will serve as checkpoints for the seventh edition of Around the Republic.
So, we start on Saturday, August 22, 2026 in Žacléř, Czech Republic, the finish line in seven days there. Routes of 1500 and 850 km, a long route with detours to Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Poland.
