Other:
- every rider takes part in the race at their own risk
- the race is ridden in full road traffic. Participants acknowledge that they will obey the road traffic rules
- the organisers accept no liability for injury or damage to property suffered by participants in connection with the race, nor for damage caused by a participant to a third party
- the route must be completed by bike (gravel, road, touring…) under your own muscle power and without support
- the route must be completed without outside help. In practice this means that if you want to ride in a clean jersey, you have to carry it with you, wash it along the way or buy a new one. The same principle applies to bike servicing, food, accommodation, etc. All participants must have the same opportunity
- when riding at night or in poor conditions, riders must wear a reflective vest, reflective braces or a similar item that ensures good visibility, and must have both a front and a rear light. Remember that with limited visibility and long-term fatigue your ability to judge risks realistically is reduced (if you pass an ocean liner or a herd of giraffes runs across the road, stop immediately, take a photo of them and go to sleep)
- as at all other races, a cycling helmet is a matter of course (mandatory)
- the organiser does not provide participants with any insurance. Each participant must arrange insurance against injury or other health complications, including liability for material damage, themselves, at their own cost and responsibility
- only people who are well aware of their health, physical condition and ability not only to finish the race but also to withdraw from it in good time in case of complications may start
- in the event of withdrawal, the rider must inform the race organiser without delay
- ignorance of the rules of Okolo republiky 1500 / 850 / 300 set out in the race rules is not accepted as an excuse
- throwing away any food packaging from gels, bottles, food etc. on the roads during the event is forbidden and punishable by disqualification
- participants choose the route, riding times, places to sleep and to restock food and everything else themselves, at their own discretion and according to the current situation
- this is an unsupported race, so food, drink, accommodation, servicing and other necessities should always be arranged on the spot, without prior planning. Any planned logistical support is forbidden
- the organiser recommends that participants wear light-coloured clothing when riding
- do not listen to music through headphones while cycling
- the organiser reserves the right to change or amend the race rules
- and finally the most important thing: never forget your own safety and fair play
